Well... Lupine is running L3s and has pots of LPs but only 10% of the value of a Navy Mega...

However, for the older players go look at hardwirings for slots 6-10 as these offer 1%, 3% and 5% (or more) benefits with the 1% being something you can afford yourselves... the top end stuff is ridiculous so if you need mid level again give Lupine a shout in game and ask. Because he works for military based orgs he has no access to mining based hardwires etc...
